Applications are considered for students
from ages 3 to 14 years without regard to race, gender
or national/ethnic origin. An application for enrollment
does not guarantee acceptance. Our goal as a school
is to build a strong community of families who share
the same values and goals for their children. To accomplish
this, the following application process must be followed
for acceptance into our school.
- School Tour *
Held twice weekly, with the Admissions Director,
by appointment in the morning.(Adults only,
please)
- Montessori Overview *
Held twice monthly with our Head of Schools, Pamela
Lynn, M.Ed., the purpose is to give you an in depth
presentation about the Montessori Method and explain
the benefits it will have for your child. (Adults only,
please)
- Classroom Observation
A 30-45
minute observation of a classroom, with children
in your child’s age range. (Adults only,
please)
- Submit Application
- Parent/Child/Teacher Meeting
An opportunity for the parent, teacher and child
to meet together and explore the classroom together.
- Parent Interview *
An informal interview with the parent(s) and a member
of the Admission Committee.
a. Classroom Visit (elementary
only)
Applicants for admission
at the Elementary
level (grades 1-8) will visit the classroom environment
for 5 full days, prior to admission.
b. Request for School Records (elementary
only)
All previous school records must be received
before an offer of admission is given
- Offer of Admission
A signed enrollment agreement must be returned
with the tuition bond within two weeks, to secure
placement in the school.
